As natural hazards amplify the persistence of food insecurity, demand for evidence-informed interventions that increase resilience is needed. Developing a decentralized web-based platform to mobilize healthy options in disaster-affected neighborhoods, designed use real-time crowdsourced information, can help identify vulnerable populations and prioritize areas need. A survey was administered using constructs from Health Belief Model Technology Accessibility Model, engaging Hillsborough County residents design thinking process gauge community acceptance technology-based intervention during large-scale disaster. Identifying barriers, wants, needs various population segments allows more inclusive strategies developing emergency management interventions. Results validated high likelihood technology disasters, with 90.9 percent respondents indicating they would likely delivery service disasters. Respondents had levels perceived self-efficacy ease moderate usefulness threats. majority (81.4 percent) agree helps connect them their community, 83.6 agreeing internet be useful helping 70.2 feel comfortable ordering groceries online Whereas Hispanic higher threats; however, due barriers were less platform.
