This
study
explores
burnout
among
nursing
students
in
Bangalore,
India,
focusing
on
Exhaustion
and
Disengagement
scores.
A
cross-sectional
design

applied
using
the
Oldenburg
Burnout
Inventory
modified
for
students,

Psychosocial
risks
seem
to
have
a
great
impact
on
non-university
teachers,
giving
rise
consequences
such
as
burnout,
health
problems,
and
lack
of
engagement.

result
from
high
levels
stress,
caused
by
an
imbalance
between
demands
resources
at
work.
Socio-cultural
differences

crucial
insights
for
development
intervention
programs

reducing
workload,
managing
conflicts,
enhancing
support,
thus
contributing

teaching
profession.
