UNSTRUCTURED The rapid advancement of AI-driven diagnostics and wearable health technologies is revolutionising healthcare delivery by enabling real-time monitoring early disease detection. This paper explores the current National Institute for Health Care Excellence (NICE) Evidence Standards Framework (ESF) guidelines evaluates barriers to integrating Digital Technologies (DHTs) into existing care system. These innovations are driving a shift towards personalised medicine, where interventions tailored individual patient profiles with unprecedented precision. NICE developed ESF DHTs provide clear consistent assessing efficacy, safety, economic value new digital innovations. posits that should undergo strategic updates remain relevant effective in face rapidly advancing technologies, particularly those evolve continuously through machine learning real-world data integration. We propose transitions more dynamic, adaptive model, co-designed industry partners incorporate evidence strategies. By promoting transparency, efficiency, collaborative innovation, framework can better support integration AI-based wearables systems, ultimately improving outcomes optimising performance.
