The placed no restrictions experimental design or time period publication focused athletes regardless competitive level. examined targeted about effects key metrics, such as endurance, strength, speed, while also evaluating possible confounding factors like dietary intake, body composition, training status. further aimed by investigating consistency dosing protocols, supplementation duration, methodologies used. Results: preliminary findings suggest that some report benefits MD recovery only 40% show statistically significant improvements outcomes, often with methodological limitations. lacked homogeneity participant dosage, assessments, hindering comparability. Our highlights need incorporates standardized dosing, homogeneous athlete populations, controlled conditions. Conclusions: provides framework guide offers insights into role sports nutrition.
