Plant
tissue
culture
plays
a
central
role
in
the
agricultural,
horticultural,
research,

conservation
sectors.
It
facilitates
precise
control
over
plant
propagation
manipulation,
resulting
enhanced
crop
yields,
effective
disease
management,
preservation
of
endangered
species.
Browning,
well-acknowledged
limitation
culture,
poses
potential
challenges
to
successful
vitro
multiplication.
Browning
primarily
occurs
response
enzymatic
reactions
due
explant
damage.
Left
unaddressed,
it
can
lead
reduced
regeneration
capacity,
hindered
callus
proliferation,
impeded
development
adventitious
shoots,
and,
extreme
cases,
necrosis.
To
mitigate
issue
browning,
several
strategies
have
been
implemented
i.e.,
submerging
explants
specialized
solutions
designed
inhibit
incorporating
anti-browning
agents
into
growth
medium,
adhering
certain
cultural
techniques.
This
article
aims
comprehensively
examine
factors
contributing
browning
multitude
employed
effectively
manage
problems
cultures.
Furthermore,
explores
encapsulating
natural
products
as
cutting-edge
method
address
culture.
These
innovative
approaches
offer
promising
avenues
for
addressing
thereby
advancement
sustainable
agricultural
practices
efforts.

The
extract
of
Citrus
aurantifolia
peel
has
been
encapsulated
into
alginate-gelatin-based
microbeads
using
an
external
ionotropic
gelation
method
to
apply
antibacterial
wound
dressings.
Such
variables,
like
the
alginate-gelatin
ratio,
quantity,
and
CaCl2
cross-linkers,
were
optimized
produce
a
good
yield,
well-distributed
size,
encapsulation
efficiency.
Antibacterial
efficacy
was
tested
against
both
S.
aureus
E.
coli.
Optimal
microbead
characteristics
obtained
at
alginate:gelatin
concentration
ratio
1.75%:0.25%
(w/v),
with
15
mg
2%
cross-linker.
These
conditions
resulted
in
82.94

1.056%
particle
sizes
between
1.080-1.244
µm,
