Today’s COVID-19 situation can affect university Health Sciences students’ psychological health. This study aimed to analyze the stress caused by impact of pandemic on students from University Zaragoza (Spain) almost 1 year after began. cross-sectional descriptive was conducted with a sample 252 who completed self-administered online questionnaire. It evaluated perceived modified scale (PSS-10-C), and assessed anxiety depression Goldberg scale. Students presented (13.1%), (71.4%) (81%). Objective In March 2020, several countries banned unnecessary outdoor activities during COVID-19, commonly called ‘lockdowns. These lockdowns have the potential to impact associated levels of physical activity and sedentary behaviour. Given numerous health outcomes with behaviour, aim this review was summarise literature that investigated differences in behaviour before vs COVID-19 lockdown. Design, data sources eligibility criteria Electronic databases were searched from November 2019 October 2020 using terms synonyms relating activity, COVID-19. Purpose: This systematic review aimed to analyze the impact that COVID-19 lockdown had on amount of physical activity performed by university students. With the outbreak of Corona Virus Disease 19 (Covid-19) in late 2019, governments increasingly imposed containment strategies, including social distancing as well restricted population movement, potentially having negative impacts on mental and physical health. The literature search conducted using PubMed, Web Science, Scopus. The aim of this meta-analysis was to quantify the change in sedentary time during COVID-19 pandemic and its effect on health outcomes general population. One thousand six hundred one articles published after 2019 were retrieved from five databases, which 64 40 included systematic review meta-analysis, respectively. Studies grouped according population: children (<18 years), adults (18-64 years) older (>65 years). Average calculated, with sub-analyses performed by country, behaviour type outcomes. Children most affected, increasing their 159.5 ± 142.6 min day-1, followed (+126.9 42.2 day-1) (+46.9 22.0 day-1). There no sex differences any age group. The paper presents the results of a students’ survey carried out at “Vasile Alecsandri” University Bacau, Romania, on quality educational process online platforms in context COVID-19 pandemic. study was addressed to students from Faculty Engineering and Physical Education Sports. highlighted that most were satisfied with measures taken by university during lockdown period way teaching—learning-assessment took place.
