Confinement as a result of COVID-19 had strong impact around the world and restricted mobility. The university community started to take routine classes in virtual sedentary way, causing negative effects on their health habits. objective this research is analyze confinement through surveys students interviews with professors, order study physical activity, emotional state, health. methodology was follows: (i) preliminary data; (ii) survey development, interviews, information collection; (iii) data processing multivariate presentation results, using multiple correspondence analysis (MCA) factor (MFA). results 375 respondents show that there low level activity (<300 METs, 49.6%), where women register behavior (73%). Emotionally, most them feeling bored. Some express anxiety, depression, discomfort, frustration. In terms health, are rheumatic, circulatory, respiratory, other diseases related obesity. With the outbreak of Corona Virus Disease 19 (Covid-19) in late 2019, governments increasingly imposed containment strategies, including social distancing as well restricted population movement, potentially having negative impacts on mental and physical health. A growing number studies have examined impact pandemic different facets activity (PA); an overview combining these (mixed) results, however, is missing. Thus, objective this systematic review meta-analysis was to investigate whether which extent PA changed from before during Covid-19 pandemic, taking age, gender, measurement method into account. The literature search conducted using PubMed, Web Science, Scopus. Results main characteristics were descriptively synthesized analyzed a quantifying effects divided by age groups, with additional subgroup analyses being narratively synthesized. The COVID-19 pandemic has led to significant lifestyle changes, including alterations in dietary habits and increases sedentary behavior. Mediterranean diet (MD) been associated with various health benefits, which are especially important given the challenges posed by pandemic. During pandemic, an overall shift towards consuming more highly processed foods observed. This systematic review investigated adherence MD during focusing on gender differences factors influencing general public. literature search focused papers published between January 1, 2019, July 8, 2024, across databases such as Web of Science (WOS), Scopus, PubMed MEDLINE, PsycINFO. Following PRISMA guidelines, this identified 14,347 references, 5,734 were duplicates. After a thorough multi-level screening process, 29 studies, encompassing 55,242 participants, met inclusion criteria. While seven studies reported that men adhered than women 12 also indicated had higher compared men. Nine however, found no adherence. Additionally, older age, education levels, socioeconomic status, increased physical activity linked greater context. However, currently no research reviews investigating associations between these areas. This scoping review synthesized evidence loneliness in people aged over 16 years high-income countries. A systematic search of five databases from 2000 was conducted using predetermined terms. Dissertation database backwards citation searches were also conducted. Full text screening 254 articles/theses resulted inclusion three qualitative 26 quantitative studies, with eight COVID-19 lockdowns. Almost all studies reported a relationship loneliness/social eating usually considered harmful such low fruit vegetable intake lower diet quality. Qualitative supports the detrimental influence on eating. Study quality considered, interpretation comparison results complicated by use varying methods. Better awareness understanding complex aspects is needed to inform development practice nutrition mental practitioners, policymakers, researchers end-users.
