Abstract Background: Paramedics’ fatigue is rising. Stress factors show increased risk for burnout, fatigue, leaving the profession, decreased performance and patient safety. Meanwhile, paramedics’ strong community of practice, autonomy a sense professional respect are important in forming psychological resilience. We aimed to explore Finnish perceptions job demands resources. Methods: Our study design was descriptive, inductive with constructivist approach. Using reflexive thematic analysis, we analyse open-ended questions, from web-based survey essays written by paramedic masters-degree students. The followed STROBE checklist. Results: identified as stress high workload, environmental emotional burden. Performance expectations inadequacy were further noted, well an organizational culture hardiness, presenting lack support inequality. resources pressure management strategies, which expressed positive coping mechanisms, agency affect workload self-actualization, psychologically safe work community, pride internal drive development. Cognitive stimulation is essential for successful aging. The influence of sex and socio-occupational elements on this area remains unknown. This study aimed to analyze the possible mediation those in effectiveness a cognitive program primary care. A randomized clinical trial was conducted with 232 adults aged 65 years or older without impairment. intervention produced significant improvements. Women improved independently social occupational factors, while men’s improvement occurred at low role level (zero one), medium interests (two three), mental occupation (neither high nor low), marked personal values. mediating variables were group both sexes and, also men, level. Therefore, roles appear as moderated by sex. In conclusion, programs should be adapted.

Urban refugee and asylum seeker (URAS) identities are negotiated amidst the complex social psychological dynamics of internal external factors. This article explores identity negotiation processes amongst Pakistani urban refugees seekers (PURAS), living in Bangkok, Thailand. The presents data from 22 qualitative semi-structured interviews with PURAS, which were transcribed verbatim analyzed using in-depth thematic analysis. Participant responses revealed that characterized by various modes dissonance relation to status family roles, distancing Pakistani, (RAS) identities. paper adds broader picture disempowerment highlighting as yet another area disadvantage is shaped contours socio-political context.
