With the rapid development of digital economy and increasingly severe environmental issues, role in green innovation has been attracting more attention; however, only a limited amount research done this area. Therefore, based on matching data at city manufacturing enterprise level China during 2011–2018, paper attempted to integrate (more specifically, Internet finance) with resource allocation technology together unified scheme. Our study confirmed that could significantly promote by enterprises, but finance was dominant feature. Resource efficiency played partial mediating between innovation. Furthermore, considering heterogeneity ownership industrial pollution, had positive effect state-owned enterprises (SOEs) high pollution industries. As for region, contributed regions different levels development. In eastern region China, especially, influence significant. view these findings, provides important insights strengthening integration transformation, emphasizing rationality allocation, formulating policies enterprises.

Green technological innovation is one of the endogenous drivers green economic growth, and digitalization can promote development in form industrial empowerment. The interactive relationship degree influence between digitalization, innovation, thus an urgent issue to be addressed. Based on panel data 30 Chinese provinces from 2011 2019, we measured for first time using entropy method included them same analytical framework by constructing a PVAR model empirically test their interrelationship influence. Our findings suggest that: (1) There inertial self-reinforcing mechanism among three variables. (2) impact has positive promotion effect, while not significant. (3) effect short term, but this gradually declines tends zero long term. Finally, based findings, several practical suggestions are made.
