First responders and other public safety personnel (PSP) experience high rates of mental health problems face barriers to accessing healthcare. Internet-delivered cognitive behavioural therapy (ICBT) is an effective accessible treatment for various concerns. Canadian PSP report favorable attitudes toward ICBT, preliminary outcomes demonstrate that they benefit from it. Expanding on this research, the current study consisted a longitudinal observational 560 who participated in ICBT. It was designed assess longer term effectiveness ICBT moderators by gender, linguistic occupational group, years experience. We evaluated symptom change at 8, 26, 52 weeks post-enrollment, results among had elevated clinical scores, showed large reductions (Hedges' g) symptoms depression (g = 1.3), anxiety =1.48), posttraumatic stress =1.24), panic =1.19), anger =1.07) moderate social =.48-.56). Internet-delivered Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (ICBT) aims to support people with mental health concerns using online treatment materials. Client stories (either real or a composite based on many clients) are often used in ICBT facilitate learning. However, these remain understudied terms of how they perceived by clients, as well their relationship engagement, satisfaction, and outcomes. Among sample 324 clients enrolled transdiagnostic targeting symptoms depression anxiety, we examined client perceptions through mixed-method qualitative (open-ended) quantitative (closed-ended) data collection. Specifically, 234 (72.22 %) responded questions about at 4 weeks 221 (68.21 8 weeks. Most who endorsed reviewing least some (79.06 % weeks, 71.95 weeks). Moreover, rated positively being relatable, making feel less alone, increasing knowledge, providing ideas for use skills, motivating skills. These remained stable over the course treatment. Background Spouses and significant others (SSOs) of public safety personnel (PSP) are affected by the risks requirements these occupations. Internet-delivered cognitive behavioral therapy (ICBT) provides a convenient accessible treatment format that can be tailored to needs SSOs PSP. Objective This study aimed assess initial use client perceptions (eg, likes, helpfulness, areas for improvement) self-guided, transdiagnostic ICBT course designed Canadian PSP identify opportunities further tailor this group.
