Objetivos: avaliar e analisar a associação entre demandas funcionais fatores ambientais de usuários atendidos na atenção primária em saúde (APS). Métodos: estudo transversal que avaliou da APS utilizando o Protocolo Levantamento Problemas para Reabilitação (PLPR) do Inventário Fatores Ambientais (CHIEF). Aplicou-se estatística descritiva, análise geo-espacial Regressão Linear Múltipla dos dados. Resultados: Foram avaliados 230 apresentaram maior demanda funcional nos domínios dor (média=5,29; DP=3,55); energia sono (média=3,17; DP=2,91); mobilidade (média=3,07; DP=2,51). Os mais barreiras foram ‘serviços assistência’ (média=0,66; DP=0,61) ‘estrutura física’ (média=0,61; DP=0,65). Introduction Women with disabilities in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) face heightened risks of experiencing gender-based violence (GBV). Abstract Background The burden of disability remains a global challenge, particularly in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) like Bangladesh. Understanding the national-level its socio-demographic determinants is crucial for informed policy program development. We aims to explore national level Bangladesh correlates. Methods This study presents cross-sectional analysis 155,025 participants 2021 National Survey on Persons with Disabilities (NSPD). The current study presents the findings from a cross-sectional survey on social factors associated with well-being of persons disabilities (PWDs) in Kerala, India. We conducted community-based across three geographical zones, North, Central, and South Kerala state, between April September 2021. randomly selected two districts each zone using stratified sample method, followed by one local self-government these six districts. Community health professionals identified individuals disabilities, researchers collected information their networks, service accessibility, well-being, mental health.
