Abstract

This article describes the evolution of a nursing workflow for shift start safety huddles, longstanding practice in nursing. Utilizing lessons learned about virtual meeting space environment, this hospital retooled huddle to be used as fulcrum communication patient and staff issues. In addition, was formatted include announcements celebrations an effort increase fellowship community among team members foster relational connection between leadership. Feedback results measure 2 different surveys at points time indicated new format seen useful efficient. A small change yielded large results.

Social cohesion represents promising conceptual tool. Objective This study aimed to examine scholarship on during COVID-19 pandemic: specifically, constructions being deployed, variables chosen for representation, effects reported. Methods The PubMed, Scopus, JSTOR databases were searched relevant journal articles gray literature. A total 100 studies met inclusion criteria. Data extracted analyzed these using spreadsheet software. Results Several found. These concerned interpersonal relationships, sameness difference, collective action, perceptions or emotions group members, structures institutions governance, locally culturally specific versions, hybrid multidimensional models. was reported be influential outcomes, behaviors, resilience, emotional well-being, but there some potential it drive undesirable outcomes. The COVID-19 pandemic reduced physical activity and increased sedentary behavior, raising health risks. To combat this, a 100-day training program was designed to maintain improve fitness during lockdown. This program, which included challenge with assessments online sessions, aimed enhance motivation. Methods: Twenty participants (mean age 45.2 ± 12.7 years) good baseline completed strength, endurance, coordination, flexibility exercises over 100 days, monthly challenges. Fitness assessed at (T0), mid-program (T1), completion (T2). Results: Males initially showed higher BMI mild cardiovascular Flexibility improved for both genders, females increasing from 12.5 4.51 cm 14.8 6.65 males 4.4 6.33 8.8 10.69 cm. Males’ vertical jump height 20.7 13.05 28.2 10.49 In the challenge, push-up repetitions rose achieving excellent scores (>24 reps females, >25 males). advanced in repeated crunch test, while consistently excelled squat. Weight reductions were also observed, particularly overweight males. Conclusions: combined effectively sustained motivation among pandemic-related restrictions. Objective This article aims to examine the influence of individual and community-contextual factors on well-being older women in Zambia during COVID-19 pandemic, drawing Bronfenbrenner's process-person-context-time model. Methods Secondary data from nationally representative 2021 SEIA were used, bivariate logistic regression analyses performed determine associated with pandemic.
