Work-life balance is a critical factor influencing employee well-being, job satisfaction, and workforce retention. This study explores the systemic challenges associated with work-life balance, particularly in high-pressure professions such as healthcare. A systematic literature review was conducted using Scopus, Google Scholar, PubMed to analyze research related occupational stress, support systems. The findings reveal strong correlation between institutional policies, organizational culture, prevalence of burnout, gender disparities playing significant role integration challenges. Currently, about one in five workers is employed night shift work Europe. Shift including nighttime hours essential several activities, especially the healthcare sector. To measure coping strategies and associated psychological distress, burnout work ability in hospital doctors Ireland. National cross-sectional study of randomised sample trainee consultant doctors. The COVID-19 pandemic had a profound impact on the physical and mental health of healthcare professionals. present study explored relationship between sleep disorders, stress, coping strategies neurobehavioral aspects among young physicians during second wave pandemic. Through multi-assessment approach, this cross-sectional collected sociodemographic occupational data from first-year resident doctors in southern Italy. Subjective quality, chronotype, work-related approach mood state were assessed by administering validated questionnaires face-to-face interviews. Among 258 enrolled study, ~25% complained poor mainly male subjects [odds ratio (OR), 2.52]. Alcohol consumption resulted as risk factor for quality (OR, 1.97). None participants reported stress showing, contrary, high score vigor profile state, particular with previous working experience COVID patients prevention (P<0.040 P<0.035, respectively).
