Due to the Covid-19 pandemic that emerged in 2019, traditional full-time working model was replaced by alternative models. The current standard -with progress of Covid-19- abandoned companies, and various companies have preferred remote model. This article conducted reveal effects on employees offer suggestions for employers. research designed as qualitative research. Data were collected phone calls or Zoom meetings over a semi-structured interview with 20 people sectors experienced working. results showed disadvantages working, such communication problems arising from inability communicate face-to-face extended hours.
