Purpose: The COVID-19 pandemic certainly had a negative impact on hospitality workers. With the recent recovery, goal of research was to assess hotel employees' intentions for career progression as well their reskilling improve employability. Materials and Methods: population is made up employees from all throughout Kenya, including those working in food beverage, kitchen, housekeeping, front office departments. respondents were 394 who taken refresher courses. sampling techniques used purposive technique. Data collected using questionnaire, analyzed quantitative presented charts, graphs and, tables Findings: Employees value growth progression, which allows them receive promotions or advance jobs, according findings. However, majority are dissatisfied with salary believe market volatile, so they may consider quitting field changing occupations better prospects job stability. allowed work skills through training more likely be loyal would not leaving jobs because felt organization valued competencies. This resulted desired organizational performance, creating reciprocal relationship between employee employer. Introduction Previous studies reported that the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic has negatively affected mental health of employees in hospitality industry internationally, however, its effect Sweden not been studied. Unlike several other countries, never enforced a lockdown. Restaurants, bars, and hotels could remain open host limited number guests but had to abide by certain restrictions. Methods A cross-sectional survey was distributed among containing questions regarding perceived effects on respondents’ working life situations their physical psychological health. The sample consisted 699 individuals, with response rate 47.9%. Results Although respondents laid off or furloughed, majority remained at same employer. However, more than half economic situation deteriorated. Compared before pandemic, 38.1% experienced elevated levels stress, 48.3% worry, 31.4% worsened mood. deteriorating personal economy difficulty following COVID-19-related restrictions work were associated worsening these three aspects. While fear becoming infected COVID-19 related higher infecting others worry. Conclusion imposed less strict measures most workers pandemic.

The extant literature on hospitality and human resource management has not yet uncovered the hidden intangible chain of employee turnover intention, particularly in hotel context. A theoretical framework was developed by applying tenets theory planned behaviour, social cognitive multi-dimensional commitment model. More specifically, this study investigated impact staff core personality (core confidence traits self-evaluation) employees’ positive attitudes towards organization, ultimately decreasing intention. Further, scrutinized moderating organizational dimensions extended model links that were missing prior literature. It employed a self-administered survey obtained 300 usable responses. data analysed through partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) software. results revealed all factors (CSE traits, including resilience, hope optimism) self-efficacy significantly affect staff’s attitude. Moreover, established affective continuous connection between attitude intention to leave organization. This article recommends several practices managers can utilize reduce upsurge sustainability industry.

Goal: The purpose of the study is to identify how Occupational Health conditions and digital communications are related Productivity in times pandemic manufacturing industry on Tamaulipas Texas border. The pandemic brought various problems among workers, one of them being job insecurity, since many lost their jobs and others had the possibility fired, which could influence mental health. aim this analytical cross-sectional study was to determine relationship between insecurity health workers in 25 Peruvian cities during COVID-19 pandemic. Previously validated surveys were used inquire about three disorders (depression, anxiety, stress) as well other variables. Of 1855 14% moderate or higher levels stress, 30% 16% depression. Having associated with depression (RPa: 1.71; 95% CI: 1.51–1.94; p-value < 0.001), anxiety 1.43; 1.25–1.64; stress 1.77; 1.41–2.22; 0.001). Depression also having been fired eight professions. The tourism industry has been badly affected by the Covid 19 pandemic. policy of limiting travel activities led to uncertainty in business. Besides, workers are at high risk contracting virus because services must be done directly with tourists.
