METHODS The validation was conducted 8 PHC centers territory Mačva district Western Serbia. A stratified sampling method used obtain representative sample. Translation Integrity Procedure followed adapt questionnaire language. eHLQ were analyzed through examination factorial structure, internal consistency, test-retest reliability. Descriptive statistics calculated determine participant characteristics. Differences between groups tested by 2-tailed Students t test ANOVA. Univariable multivariable linear regression analyses related RESULTS total 475 enrolled. mean age 51.0 (SD 17.3; range 19-94) years, most participants female (328/475, 69.1%). Confirmatory factor analysis validated 7-factor structure questionnaire. Values incremental fit index (0.96) comparative (0.95) above cutoff ≥0.95. root square error approximation value 0.05 below suggested ≤0.06. Cronbach α entire scale 0.95, indicating excellent reliability, ranging from 0.81 0.90 domains. intraclass correlation coefficient ranged 0.63 0.82, moderate good highest scores obtained understanding concepts language (mean 2.86, SD 0.32) feel safe control 2.89, 0.33) Statistically significant differences (all P<.05) all 7 observed age, education, perceived material status, searching information on internet, occupation (except domain 4). In models, internet being aged younger than 65 years higher values except variable age. CONCLUSIONS demonstrates that can be useful tool measurement planning interventions at individual level due its strong context.
