Gendered ageism contributes to invisibility and homogenization of older women, harming their health, quality life limiting social participation. Health issues related aging have received increasing attention in the scientific literature. However, studies on that include a gender dimension or ethnic aspects remain scarce. This article presents results systematic review women’s health wellbeing, inequalities, age discrimination experienced by women intersections with other forms discrimination. Between January February 2023, we conducted literature using PRISMA Web Science Core Collection, MEDLINE SciELO Citation Index. We selected 43 empirical from different countries focusing over 65 years. The findings show incidence inequality care ageist attitudes among providers professionals, experiences abuse gender-based violence women. Additionally, study examines impact LGBTQ+ people, minorities, disabilities, non-traditional groups.

Introduction Older adults in care homes experienced some of the highest rates mortality from SARS-CoV-2 globally and were subjected to strict lengthy non-pharmaceutical interventions, which severely impacted their daily lives. The VIVALDI ASCOT Ethnography Study aims assess impact respiratory outbreaks on home residents’ quality life, psychological well-being, loneliness, functional ability use space. This study is linked VIVALDI-CT, a randomised controlled trial staff’s asymptomatic testing sickness payment support ( ISRCTN13296529 ). Methods analysis mixed-methods, longitudinal residents (65+) Southeast England.
