The use of online teaching mode has grown rapidly in recent years, particularly under the COVID-19 pandemic. To promote learning motivation students and effectiveness, development attractive material such as videos is important. In present study, we developed 15 theory-related 9 case-based context a leadership course focusing on psychological well-being psychosocial competence. Using qualitative research methodology via focus groups (N = 48 students) to evaluate these videos, six themes emerged from data, including video arrangement, design content benefits students' pre-lesson self-learning, content, contribution class participation. findings suggest that can elicit positive perceptions flipped classroom arrangement. Students also benefit terms their understanding participation discussion. Besides, study suggests efficiency students. concurred with previous quantitative findings, suggesting value using virtual competence university
