A plethora of scientific evidence has pinpointed that teaching English as a foreign or second language (EFL) is difficult, challenging, and emotionally burdensome. Nevertheless, most teachers remain committed to the profession actively engage in instructional environment. This inspired several scholars worldwide explore what personal, emotional, psychological factors motivate enthusiastically their workplace. While large body studies have date examined predictors teachers' work engagement, our knowledge, no inquiry investigated role academic buoyancy self-efficacy predicting EFL engagement. Abstract This paper aims to investigate the internal structure of student academic resilience in language learning, assess its global and dimensional levels examine gender age-related differences. Therefore, 1,653 English as a foreign (EFL) learners, including junior senior high school students were selected participants complete questionnaires. Teacher resilience has been an increasingly hot topic in the booming perspective of positive psychology. It often conceptualized as capacity to bounce back from teaching adversities that form process dynamic and complex interaction interconnection between teachers context which they operate. Abstract This paper reports on the implementation of a 6‐month collaborative teacher education project (CTEP) in China, designed to help teachers adopt CLIL response new primary school curriculum requirements. A multi‐site case study was conducted track two focal teachers' changes and its sustainability. Adopting ecological theory, investigated how interactions with university‐based, district‐based, school‐based educators contributed their professional development. Our research focused an innovative dimension project, namely, close collaboration among university researchers, educators, who all CTEP ecosystem. Unpacking in-service EFL teachers’ professional learning in a study abroad teacher education programme: an ecological perspective DOI

Despite the prevalence of study abroad teacher education programmes, there remains a dearth research on teachers' learning in such contexts compared to extensive body students' experiences.
