Modern workplaces are in need of a nuanced understanding diverse leadership styles to effectively address their unique challenges and opportunities. This implies that the study laissez-faire holds significant value as it provides comprehensive insight into styles, practical applications, impact on individuals, teams, organizations. Leaders well-versed hands-off approach can strategically use harmonize with goals characteristics team members Therefore, this research aimed provide systematic thorough analysis global trends leadership, specifically focusing style, through bibliometric approach. The Scopus database was adopted analyze categorize all open-access English literature published from 1993 2023. VOSviewer software also used for graphical mapping scientific landscape. Out 552 documents related 85 were selected in-depth comprehensively assess current state anticipate future trends. results showed upward trajectory literature, indicating had profound effects organizations members. On one hand, enhanced job satisfaction, organizational commitment, work engagement, motivation, rewards, employee well-being.
