Mental health problems during pregnancy can cause complications in pregnancy. In Bandar Lor Village there are still many pregnant women who experience psychological problems. The purpose of this community service is to increase the understanding and skills mindfulness independently through online applications hands-on exercises self-empowerment optimizing their mental Community activities carried out 2x meetings with a distance 2 weeks. Each meeting was held for 4 hours. Training also given 50 women. provided on how use application, then train practicing mindfulness/meditation which includes mindful breathing awareness, eating, loving-kindness meditation, prenatal yoga, body scanning baby, sitting walking, silent meditation. results interviews post-tests obtained an regarding applications, meditation/mindfulness, improving health. Suggestions further develop wider empowerment according that currently developing Indonesia.
