This study seeks to investigate and understand the perceptions of lifestyle changes adopted by healthcare workers (HCWs) in Turkey who were on front line fight against outbreak COVID-19. A total 33 female HCWs with bachelor’s degrees included study. In-depth interview techniques used. Healthcare providers (HCPs) have described the onset of shame- and trust-violation-related moral injuries (MI) throughout COVID-19 pandemic. Previous research suggests that HCPs may turn to various coping methods supports, such as spirituality/religiosity, substance use, friends/family or organizational support, manage workplace stress. It remains unknown, however, if similar supports are associated with MI among this population. We explored associations between (including shame trust-violation presentations individually) supports. This research was conducted cross-sectionally with the aim of determining relationship between nurses' coping abilities through humor and their levels psychological distress burnout. A total 187 nurses working at a university hospital were administered Personal Information Form, Questionnaire Occupational Humorous Coping (QOHC), Psychological Distress Scale (PDS), Burnout Short Form (BS-SF). The study found that 23% experienced moderate distress, while 27.3% severe 9.6% suffered from burnout, indicating them needed expert support. significantly positive observed PDS scores BS-SF scores. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a substantial global impact, attributable to its extensive prevalence, transmission, and consequential morbidity mortality rates. Healthcare workers (HCWs), in particular, have faced difficult pandemic-related circumstances during after the pandemic, including rise mortality, increased workloads job hours, insufficient equipment, supplies, resources, concern about acquiring and/or transferring loved ones. This type of exposure risk negative psychological outcomes such as acute stress, depression, sleep difficulties, insomnia, moral injury, burnout, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety. Using qualitative research design, purpose this is gain insight into coping mechanisms employed by HCWs Saudi Arabia amidst pandemic. results thematic analysis indicated that majority participants demonstrated ability determine employ diverse response anxiety arising from encountered difficulties implementing their typical due range obstacles.
