The use of digital learning in healthcare is expanding a range contexts including for settings armed conflict. Cel pracy przedstawienie ogólnego stanu psychicznego dużej grupy studentów różnych uniwersytetów w Ukrainie trzy miesiące po wybuchu wojny na pełną skalę. Metoda 1142 uczestników zostało poproszonych o określenie swojego dobrostanu skali od 0 do 10 przed, i rozpoczęciu się Objawy zaburzeń zdrowia zostały zmierzone przy pomocy kwestionariuszy dotyczących depresji (PHQ-9), lęku (GAD-7), problemów ze snem (ISI), odżywiania (SCOFF), nadużywania alkoholu (CAGE) stresu pourazowego (PC-PTSD-5). Do oceny związków między zmiennymi wykorzystano test χ2. Moc określono współczynników Phi and V Cramera. Dodatkowo, wykorzystując metody uczenia maszynowego (model regresji XGBoost) utworzono model predykcyjny objawów depresyjnych Wyniki 66% badanych zgłosiło występowanie PTSD, 45% - umiarkowanych lub ciężkich lękowych, 47% depresyjnych. Ponadto 19% miało objawy umiarkowanej ciężkiej bezsenności, 15% nadużywanie alkoholu, a 31% zaburzenia odżywiania. Nasilenie różniło zależności m.in. płci, roku studiów, statusu społecznego. Zgodnie z modelem predykcyjnym, niższy początkowy poziom psychicznego, płeć żeńska, młodszy wiek, początkowe lata studiów przeżycie jakiegokolwiek doświadczenia traumatycznego, tym traumy złożonej, prowadziły wyższych wyników zakresie depresyjności. Powrót poprzedniego miejsca zamieszkania relokacji był czynnikiem protekcyjnym. Wnioski Badanie wykazało wysokie rozpowszechnienie psychicznych wśród podczas pierwszych miesięcy Najsilniejszym predyktorem uzyskanym modelu predykcyjnym przed wojną.

Objective This study examines the national prevalence of mental health disorders and their associated factors in Lebanon, specifically aftermath 2020 events, including catastrophic events Beirut blast concurrent financial meltdown amid global pandemic. Methods Conducted between July September 2022, interviewed a nationally representative sample 1,000 Lebanese via telephone, using Computer Assisted Telephone Interview (CATI) system. Gender-specific bivariate multivariate models were generated for probable posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety. Results High rates emerged — 47.8% screened positive 45.3% anxiety, 43.5% met diagnosis PTSD. Multivariate gender-specific analyses revealed no significant associations with governorate, employment status, or marital while composite score consistently influenced all disorders. Wars profoundly impact mental health with growing long lasting consequences. This study assessed the prevalence of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and well-being among Sudanese affected by ongoing conflict, a specific focus on healthcare workers (HCWs). A cross-sectional was conducted between April 1 June 30, 2024, using validated Arabic versions PTSD Checklist for Diagnostic Statistical Manual Mental Disorders (DSM-5) (PCL-5) World Health Organization (WHO)-5 Well-Being Index. total 1022 participants were included, 44% recruitted through online questionnaire face-to-face interviews. Their mean age 31.4 ± 12.5 years, 63.4% females, 16.3% HCWs 83.3% displaced due to conflict. The score 35 21.3 56.9% having PTSD. 55.0 23.9 40% reporting poor well-being. Abstract While the literature on well‐being and stress following natural disasters is well‐developed, it less so when comes to ongoing war experiences. Between September October of 2022, 223 Ukraine‐based civilian adults (156 women 67 men) completed a survey measuring symptoms post‐traumatic disorder (PTSD), peritraumatic experiences, paranoia, quality life, death anxiety, anxiety about weapons mass destruction depression (i.e. assumed ‘war consequence’ factors), as well perceived social support, resilience, loneliness expected military support from West ‘buffer’ factors). Our exploratory structural equation model (SEM) suggests that Perceived Social Support predicted fewer PTSD Symptoms more Peritraumatic Experiences .
