Abstract Background The COVID-19 pandemic had and still have a major impact on adolescent mental health consequently suicidal behavior. This descriptive and correlational study aimed to identify characterize the rates of suicidal ideation suicide attempts among adolescents enrolled in high school a city state Paraná, addition correlating them with risk factors. Using Brazilian Youth Questionnaire, applied 1,626 aged between 14 18, relationship intra-family violence, drug use, sexual abuse, anxiety, depression was analyzed. The figures found were significant and, for most part, higher than those other studies. Most ideations made by females. There is also correlation intrafamily depression.

Esta pesquisa, de caráter descritivo e correlacional, teve como objetivo identificar caracterizar os índices ideações suicidas as tentativas suicídio entre adolescentes matriculados no Ensino Médio uma cidade do Paraná, além correlacioná-los aos fatores risco. Por meio Questionário Juventude Brasileira, aplicado a 1.626 14 18 anos, analisou-se relação com violência intrafamiliar, uso drogas, abuso sexual, ansiedade depressão. Os números encontrados demonstram-se importantes, sendo, em sua grande maioria, superiores verificados outras pesquisas. Boa parte das foi feita por indivíduos gênero feminino. Introducción: Las consultas relacionadas con la salud mental han aumentado en los últimos años, especialmente después de pandemia COVID-19. Es importante describir el perfil pacientes que acuden al DEP e identificar las variaciones inherentes período posterior a pandemia. Materiales y Métodos: Estudio observacional, descriptivo, corte retrospectivo comparativo niños adolescentes acudieron FCM UNA (Facultad Ciencias Médicas Universidad Nacional Asunción) por motivos relacionados dos periodos tiempo, considerando cuarentena Se describieron variables demográficas clínicas se analizaron diferencias encontradas. Resultados: observó un aumento 3 veces tasas consulta, sexo predominante fue femenino, más frecuente adolescentes. Como motivo consulta descenso crisis ansiedad (25% 15%, p: 0,007, OR: 0,5) alucinaciones (2% 6%, 0,04. OR 3,4). Hubo diagnósticos trastornos depresivos (29% 45%, 0,0007, 2) (27% 18,5%, 0,04, 0,6) personalidad (8,5% 4%, 0,02, 0,4). No hubo diferencia significativa frecuencia intentos suicidas, mecanismo ingestión medicamentos o tóxicos. Conclusión: presentaron periodo post cuarentena, del femenino. constató ansiedad. La ideaciones suicidas no tuvieron variación.
