Transitions

Abstract
The
overall
goal
of
this
paper
is
to
enhance
the
understanding
and
measurement
loneliness
by
identifying
key
experiential
characteristics
in
children
adolescents,
determine
whether
there
a
need
for
refined
assessment
tools
that
accurately
capture
experience.
In
Study
1,
we
synthesized
qualitative
research
on
child
youth
experience
found
shared
loneliness,
with
some
differences
related
developmental
changes
(e.g.,
contexts
influencing
loneliness).

questionnaires

not
fully
affective
dimension

Background
Health-promoting
lifestyles
play
a
crucial
role
in
improving
overall
well-being
and
preventing
non-communicable
diseases.
University
students,
during
their
transition
to
adulthood,
often
face
challenges
maintaining
healthy
habits
due
lifestyle
changes,
academic
demands,
social
pressure.
Despite
importance,
little
is
known
about
the
adoption
of
health-promoting
behaviors
among
Albanian
university
students.
This
study
seeks
investigate
predictors
that
influence
health-related
students
at
Elbasan
“Aleksandër
Xhuvani”
Albania.
Methods
A
cross-sectional
was
conducted
1,068
Aleksander
Xhuvani,
Albania,
using
Health-Promoting
Lifestyle
Profile
II
(HPLP-II)
questionnaire.
Data
were
analyzed
SPSS
Version
27.0,
employing
descriptive
statistics,
t-tests,
multiple
regression
analyses.
Results
The
mean
HPLP-II
score
moderate
129.18
±19.617,
with
spiritual
growth
scoring
highest
26.74
±
4.736
physical
activity
lowest
