Background: Excessive screen time is associated with developmental (mainly socio-cognitive and language) behavioral problems more in children below five years than older adolescents. The present study was conducted to determine the prevalence pattern of exposure excessive age. It also aimed at determining risk these relation their average daily time. Methodology: This as an observational descriptive on attending OPD Department Pediatrics a tertiary care medical college central India over period 12 months. Parents were enquired about socio-demographic details, child, details regarding exposures, factors, sleeping eating habits, spent by parents children, issues according preschool pediatric symptom checklist (PPSC). All questions asked duly filled out single doctor. IAP (Indian Academy Pediatrics) recommendation used cut-off value for definition, which states recommendations two old. Dependency on screen viewing (SV) has reached unprecedented levels, and mental health issues are becoming a major public concern. However, the associations between SV, including variations in purposes, devices, timing, remain unclear. This study aims to provide insights into these among university students. analysis used baseline data from longitudinal cohort first-year students matriculating 2021–2022 academic year. Self-reported sociodemographics, behaviors outcomes alongside anthropometric measurements were collected. Unadjusted adjusted logistic regression analyses conducted. The average age of 997 valid was 20.2 years, with 59.6% being female 41.4% male. Students spent 14.3 h daily females reporting higher SV than males. Daily predominant for purposes (7.6 h/day). Abstract Background: With the widespread use of digital devices and increased screen time among adolescents, concerns have arisen regarding its potential impact on sleep quality. This study aims to investigate correlation between excessive Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) global scores in adolescents. Materials Methods: A cross-sectional was conducted 167 adolescents aged 10–19 years residing rural urban areas.
