Abstract
Frontline
medical
workers
(FMWs)
faced
high
stress
levels
in
frontline
clinics
during
the
COVID-19
pandemic.
This
study
aims
to
alleviate
FMWs’
psychological
by
enhancing
protection
measures,
which
includes
refining
selection
process,
improving
protective
measures
for
their
work
clinics,
and
determining
appropriate
time
evacuation.
A
Chinese-language-version
questionnaire,
covering
stress-related
issues
sociodemographic
characteristics,
