To
compare
the
beliefs,
attitudes
and
feelings
about
work
of
healthcare
professionals
(HCPs)
teachers
living
in
Canary
Islands
(Spain)
during
COVID-19
pandemic.The
study
had
two
parts.
In
Part
1,
Delphi
technique
was
used
to
adapt
a
questionnaire.

questionnaires

for
analysis,

staff

HCPs.
Significant
differences
found
eight

sections.

Background
Since
its
outbreak,
the
COVID-19
pandemic
has
taken
a
heavy
toll
on
public,
particularly
among
healthcare
workers,
causing
excessive
mortality
and
health
problems.
The
present
study
seeks
to
determine
anxiety
caused
by
impact
nurses'
self-efficacy
as
well
their
general
in
Shahroud
University
of
Medical
Sciences
affiliated
hospitals.
Methods
Materials
This
is
cross-sectional
conducted
2023.
Our
sample
consists
133
nurses
working
hospitals
with

Background/Aim.
