To compare the beliefs, attitudes and feelings about work of healthcare professionals (HCPs) teachers living in Canary Islands (Spain) during COVID-19 pandemic.The study had two parts. In Part 1, Delphi technique was used to adapt a questionnaire. 2 cross-sectional, comparative study, performed from August 31st October 25th, 2021 using questionnaire online distributed samples HCPs teachers. The three dimensions each separated into sections (i.e., beliefs [coping ability, prevention organisation]; [risks, commitments, obligations]; [burnout, support satisfaction]).In total 1423 questionnaires were available for analysis, 640 teaching staff 783 HCPs. Background Since its outbreak, the COVID-19 pandemic has taken a heavy toll on public, particularly among healthcare workers, causing excessive mortality and health problems. The present study seeks to determine anxiety caused by impact nurses' self-efficacy as well their general in Shahroud University of Medical Sciences affiliated hospitals. Methods Materials This is cross-sectional conducted 2023. Our sample consists 133 nurses working hospitals with Sciences. A questionnaire was used measure Covid-19 health. collected data were then analyzed using Chi-square tests, Pearson's correlation coefficient, logistic regression at 5 percent significance level. Results In this study, 106 (79.7%) female. mean score 12.0±7.7 while 47.4±12.3 20.6±8.0, respectively. Also, 88 (66.2%) had normal status, 45 (33.8%) mild addition, 91 people (68.4%) suffered from low self-efficacy, whereas 42 (31.6%) high self-efficacy. coefficient stressed positive significant linear relationship between (r=0.33, p<0.001). Healthcare professionals constantly face situations that reflect ecosystems’ degradation. These can negatively affect their mental health. Research suggests hope and resilience play an important role in this scenario, since they are related to/predict health highly heterogeneous samples (considering geography, age, profession, health, etc.). Burnout is becoming a major problem in medicine, and some articles have pointed to the link between burnout anxiety. Most longitudinal studies of healthcare workers' mental health during COVID-19 end in 2021. We examined trends hospital workers eight times, ending 2023. A cohort at one organization was surveyed 3-month intervals until Spring 2022 and re-surveyed 2023 using validated measures common problems. Of 538 the original cohort, 289 (54%) completed eighth survey. Repeated-measures ANOVA revealed significant changes psychological distress (F = 7.4, P < .001), posttraumatic symptoms 14.1, three dimensions burnout: emotional exhaustion 5.7, depersonalization 2.7, .01), personal accomplishment 2.8, .008). Nurses are at the forefront of healthcare delivery during COVID-19, placing them an increased risk for mental health issues. This study aimed to identify factors anxiety, depression, stress, and their comorbidities among nurses 2020–2022 period. A prospective cohort in Zunyi City, China, was followed from 2020 2022. Background/Aim. In the event of a disaster, it is necessary for medical personnel to demonstrate operational component disaster resilience, which requires certain knowledge and skills regarding response algorithms. The aim this study was analyze preparedness hospital?s healthcare staff maintaining hospital resilience. Methods. An anonymous survey conducted from July September 2019 among 295 employed in hospitals territory city Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Pearson?s Chisquare test, Student?s t-test, graphical analysis were used statistical analysis. Results. Most staff, i.e., 85.8%, believed that drills are not held regularly hospitals, 30.8% thought training period shorter than two years, majority, 86.1%, did participate exercises. Conclusion.
