<p>The
aim
of
the
work
was

identify
features
psychological
defenses
and
coping
strategies
among
teachers
preschool
educational
institutions
with
different
levels
well-being.
The
study
involved
62
educators
in
city
Rostov-on-Don,
Aksai
village
Rassvet,
Rostov
Region.
following
methods
were
used:
“Scale
well-being”
by
K.
Riff,
technique
for
measuring
defense

Pilyugina,
R.F.
Suleimanov,
questionnaire
“Types
orientations
difficult
situations”
E.V.
Bityutskaya,
A.A.
Korneeva.
As
a
result
study,
it
found
that
high
level
well-being
more
often
use
adaptive
defenses,
an
average
infantile
type,
low
psychotic,
as
well
neurotic
types.
Teachers
are
distinguished
their
preference
related
type
“Orientation
towards
rapprochement,
interaction
difficulty.”
and,
especially,
tend
be
inclined
leaving
moving
away
from
difficulties.”
It
is
recommended
results
psychoprophylactic
psychocorrective
teachers.</p>

The
mental
health
of
faculty
in
the
United
States
higher
education
system
has
been
an
overlooked
area
concern.
This
study
addresses
occupational
faculty,
specifically
(i.e.,
compassion
fatigue,
generalized
anxiety
disorder,
major
depression
somatic
symptom
disorder),
along
with
psychosocial
and
factors.
Two
aspects

to
classify
participants
into
low

elevated
burnout
groups.

Introduction
Teachers'
wellbeing
plays
a
critical
role
in
their
overall
job
satisfaction,
motivation,
and
effectiveness
building
supporting
learning
environments.
In
today's
dynamic
educational
settings,
where
teachers
often
face
numerous
challenges
stressors,
becomes
increasingly
vital.
Consequently,
there
is
an
urgent
need
to
innovate
develop
targeted
training
interventions
that
can
support
specifically
the
of
educators.
Methods
This
study
sought
provide
overview
“Online
Wellbeing
Course
-
OWC,”
serious
game
developed
enhance
teachers'
wellbeing,
investigate
participants'
feedback
after
being
engaged
OWC,
utilizing
qualitative
approach
through
focus
group
discussions.
A
total
189
in-service
took
part
study.
To
qualitatively
explore
experiences
with
participants
were
involved
groups
asked
about
how
what
extent
course
was
beneficial
for
wellbeing.
Results
Teachers
reported
enhancements
areas
such
as
emotional
competence,
self-care
strategies,
social
awareness,
relationship
skills,
decision-making,
school
climate.

These
outcomes
suggested
potential
games
innovative
offering
valuable
insights
researchers,
