This study aimed to investigate the association between impulsivity, craving and risky sexual behaviour in Brazilian substance users. Introduction Globally, school violence has increased since the return to in-person classes following COVID-19 pandemic lockdown. Since then, this indicator become critical, especially in Latin American countries. In context, Chilean Ministry of Education, with support 17 universities, began 2022 design and implementation a comprehensive educational reactivation policy. This policy included focus on climate ( convivencia escolar ) mental health through nationwide intervention program now called Learning Live Together Program Programa A Convivir se Aprende ), designed using whole-school approach. Methods study presents results large-scale qualitative evaluation initial feasibility program, framed mixed-methods design. The identified schools high, intermediate, low acceptability 66 interviews groups 215 participants, including members, representatives from university advisors. Results reflexive thematic analysis four categories featuring six dimensions, 95 codes, 3,040 textual quotes. show positive acceptance high adherence commitment schools. most highly valued aspects were conceptual model based approach, possibility working universities their territories, networks that viewed as professional learning communities. Introduction: Although the COVID-19 pandemic triggered an increase in intimate violence, drug use, and mental health problems low- middle-income countries, these fluctuations relationship directionality between behaviors symptoms, when comparing group-of-age risks developmental trends during Mexico, are unclear. This study describes tendency harmful use of alcohol other drugs, symptoms among young adults Mexico. Method: longitudinal cohort group evolution with 5,102 Mexicans aged 18, 21, 24 (with 49% evolution-age sample accomplishments, e.g., for first group, we choose a participants 18 years 2021, 19 2022, participant 20 2023). Results: women, men, 18- 22-year-old youths who had suffered violence reported depression, anxiety, PTSD, perpetrating violence. Objetivo: comparar la violencia de pareja, sintomatología estrés, ansiedad y depresión en mujeres mexicanas por grupo edad durante pandemia COVID-19. Diseño metodológico: medio un muestreo no probabilístico tipo intencional, 165 completaron una batería psicológica online conformada los instrumentos: Cédula datos generales, DASS-21 Cuestionario sufrida ejercida pareja. Resultados: las 45 a 59 años reportaron padecer mayor comparación con otros rangos (K = 9.488, p .023), tanto, 25 44 presentan más síntomas (p < .05). El reportada fue física, siendo el rango que sufrió 10.985, .012). Limitaciones investigación: vista se contó evaluación previa COVID-19, es posible afirmar exacerbó pareja asociados al causa esta emergencia sanitaria. Abstract Background The COVID-19 epidemic had a deleterious impact on mental health and substance abuse as well an increase in several forms of violence including self-harm, interpersonal violence, among youth from low- middle-income countries. However, the relationship these variables its directionality have not been established. study describes trends between young adults during pandemic Mexico. Methods This longitudinal cohort comprises evolving group Mexican adults: 1,390 participants aged 18 2021, 654 19 2022, 442 20 2023. Proportions by sex—50% were matched every cohort, evolution-age sample accomplishment accounted for 47% 2022 32% Results According to structural equation model, which fit data 195 iterations with 246 parameters ( [2,722] = 8,327.33, p < 0.001), yielding CFI 0.946, TLI 0.943, RMSEA 0.029 [0.028–0.029]), perpetrating intimate preceded suffering combined anxiety symptoms, was associated self-harm suicide thoughts behaviors (ShSTB), marked distress, dysfunction, somatization symptoms. stronger women 20-year-old Mexicans.
