Abstract
Obesity
is
a
complex,
chronic,
and
multifactorial
condition
characterized
by
abnormal
fat
accumulation
in
tissues
organs
inducing
negative
effects
on
human
health.
Alzheimer's
disease
progressive
irreversible
neurodegenerative
disease,
associated
with
amyloid
plaques
neurofibrillary
tangles
the
brain.
The
correlation
between
obesity
has
been
discovered,
but
molecules
molecular
mechanisms
linking
these
conditions
are
not
yet
fully
elucidated.
In
this
review,
we
focused
most
important
processes
alterations
of
brain
structure
functions.

This
study
is
the
first
to
evaluate
oxidative
stress
biomarkers
in
saliva/blood
of
patients
with
varying
degrees
dementia
progression.
The
included
50
healthy
controls
and
divided
into
two
groups:
those
mild
moderate
(MMSE
11-23)
suffering
from
severe

metabolism

defects,
increased
oxidative
stress
levels,
impaired
glucose
and
lipid
among
