Abstract Introduction Bio stimulants are substances and/or microorganisms that used to improve plant growth and crop yields by modulating physiological processes metabolism of plants. While research has primarily focused on the broad effects bio in crops, understanding their cellular molecular influences plants, using metabolomic analysis, could elucidate effectiveness offer possibilities for fine-tuning application. One such stimulant containing galacturonic acid as elicitor is agriculture wheat vigor strengthen resistance lodging. Objective However, whether a metabolic response evolved plants treated with this manner which latter might regulate have not been studied. Method Therefore, present study 1 H-NMR LC–MS assess changes primary secondary metabolites roots, stems, leaves ( Triticum aestivum ) stimulant. Orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis effectively distinguished between control samples, confirming treatment wheat. Results Fold-change indicated stimulation solution appeared increase levels hydroxycinnamic amides, lignin, flavonoid different parts, potentially promoting root growth, implantation, developmental cell wall maturation lignification. Conclusion These results demonstrate how non-targeted approaches can be utilized investigate monitor new agroecological solutions based systemic responses.
