Background

During
the
last
two
decades,
constitutive
androstane
receptor
(CAR;
NR1I3)

Recent

indicate

toxicity,
liver
tumor
development
rodents.
Endocrine-disrupting
chemicals
(EDCs)
constitute
wide
range

organic
compounds

physiological
processes.
Their
adverse
health
effects
include
metabolic
alterations
such
diabetes,
obesity,
fatty
disease
animal
models
humans
exposed

EDCs.
As
