ABSTRACT Research on soybean nutrition is crucial for Chinese agriculture and public health, as sprouting enhances its nutritional value. However, the relationships between grain quality varieties are not yet fully understood. In this study, of 49 cultivars from 15 different origins was evaluated through multiple correlation analysis. Differences were observed based their geographical origin, with Shandong Chongwen showing higher calcium isoflavone levels than others. A found protein content daidzein (0.561***), well genistein (0.597***). Additionally, shown to improve nutrition. Among six high‐nutrient varieties, increased protein, minerals, isoflavones during germination. Phytic acid oligosaccharide decreased by 64.7% 94.5%, respectively, while saponin 106.0%, indicating changes in antinutritional factors. The experiment establishes a clear relationship nutrients tested variables, highlighting impact germination nutrient content.

Soybean is a vital crop globally and key source of food, feed, biofuel. With advancements in high-throughput technologies, soybeans have become target for genetic improvement. This comprehensive review explores advances multi-omics, artificial intelligence, economic sustainability to enhance soybean resilience productivity. Genomics revolution, including marker-assisted selection (MAS), genomic (GS), genome-wide association studies (GWAS), QTL mapping, GBS, CRISPR-Cas9, metagenomics, metabolomics boosted the growth development by creating stress-resilient varieties. The intelligence (AI) machine learning approaches are improving trait discovery associated with nutritional quality, stresses, adaptation soybeans. Additionally, AI-driven technologies like IoT-based disease detection deep revolutionizing monitoring, early identification, yield prediction, prevention, precision farming. viability environmental soybean-derived biofuels critically evaluated, focusing on trade-offs policy implications. Finally, potential impact climate change productivity explored through predictive modeling adaptive strategies. Thus, this study highlights transformative multidisciplinary advancing global utility.

Equol, a naturally occurring phytoestrogen derived from the fermentation of soy and soy-based products by gut bacteria, is recognized for its diverse health benefits. While there speculation about association with cancer prevention, scientific community has yet to reach consensus due variability in research findings. Our study aims shed light on this topic examining correlation between urine equol concentrations risk among American population. The National Health Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) national survey U.S. civilians which participants are enrolled database sample questionnaire. This included 2797 Americans aged 40 years older NHANES (2005–2010). relationship concentration was analysed using weighted logistic regression models, stratified analysis, smoothed curve fitting threshold effect analysis were also performed. Among our study, 390 individuals received diagnosis. findings indicate positive levels cancer. Notably, highest quartile excretion exhibited significantly elevated cancer, 25.4% increase compared those lowest (POR = 1.254, 95% CI: 1.252, 1.256), after fully adjusting confounders. Similar results observed other adjusted models. A non-linear shape an inverted U-shape can be fitting, inflection point 25.5. Urinary below 25.5 ng/ml positively associated risk, while above showed slight negative trend risk. However, further prospective studies needed provide more robust evidence confirmed large clinical trials.

The fermentation products of soybean are rich in beneficial bacteria, which play Shenghui Chu a significant role maintaining the balance intestinal microbiota and improving health. To investigate immunomodulatory effects broth (S-FB) on loach (Misgurnus anguillicaudatus) with lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced enteritis, 16S rDNA high-throughput sequencing technology was employed to analyze composition structure two groups: LPS-treated group (fed broth) control (normal feeding conditions). results revealed that relative abundance such as Lactobacillus Muribaculaceae, significantly increased treatment group, while harmful including Aeromonas Shewanella, decreased. These findings suggest can repair damage maintain health by enhancing bacteria reducing pathogenic host. Functional prediction studies microbial communities also showed groups primarily affected metabolic genetic information processing. research analyzed changes distribution microflora different loach, providing new insights into possible liquid inflammation.
