Diabetic cardiomyopathy (DCM) is one of the common diabetic microangiopathy in clinical practice. In early stage disease, there are no obvious symptoms. middle and late stages, MF, arrhythmia, even heart failure may occur, affecting life health patients. as pathological features DCM at end stage, key factor poor prognosis leading to ventricular wall stiffness failure, which affects process outcome The development MF a high glucose environment involves multiple complex fibrogenic pathways that work together activate fibroblasts, thereby promoting MF. Indeed, aberrant activation cardiac fibroblasts (CFs) Therefore, inhibiting CFs become new strategy for treatment DCM. Previous studies have shown Chinese herbal medicine (CHM) has potential this review, we first introduced physiology function discussed conditions diabetes, then systematically summarized effects CHM on by controlling production advanced glycosylation products, oxidative stress inflammation. Resveratrol is a polyphenol with diverse pharmacological activities, but its clinical efficacy limited due to low solubility/permeability, light-induced isomerization, auto-oxidation, and rapid metabolism. Nanodelivery systems, such as liposomes, polymeric nanoparticles, lipid nanocarriers, micelles, nanocrystals, inorganic nanoemulsions, protein-based exosomes, macrophages, red blood cells (RBCs) have shown great potential for improving the solubility, biocompatibility, therapeutic of resveratrol. This review comprehensively summarizes recent advances in resveratrol nanoencapsulation describes strategies improve pharmacokinetics existing nanoformulations, enhance targeting, reduce toxicity, increase drug release encapsulation efficiency. The article also suggests that order avoid safety issues, nanoformulations must be tested vivo wide range diseases.

Abstract Resveratrol, a natural polyphenol in various plants, has gained significant attention for its potential health‐promoting properties. It been demonstrated, after reviewing clinical and vitro studies, that resveratrol possesses potent antioxidant potential. Resveratrol demonstrates cellular component protection by directly neutralizing free radicals (FRs) enhancing the expression of enzymes, thereby mitigating oxidative damage to proteins, lipids, nucleic acids. Clinical trials have shown promising results, indicating supplementation can enhance defenses reduce markers populations. In addition effects, exhibits anti‐inflammatory modulate key inflammatory pathways, such as nuclear factor‐kappa B (NF‐κB) mitogen‐activated protein kinases (MAPKs), suppressing production pro‐inflammatory cytokines chemokines. Furthermore, resveratrol's multimodal effects extend beyond discovered exert regulatory on processes, including apoptosis, cell cycle progression, angiogenesis, immunological responses. The primary aim this review paper is provide thorough overview current knowledge resveratrol, chemical composition, bioaccessibility, effectiveness, utilization nanotechnology bioavailability. From future perspectives, revising administration methods certain contexts understanding underlying systems responsible will require further inquiry. For highest health advanced trial‐based research necessary combinational nano‐delivery resveratrol.

Chronic inflammation is one of the most important factors involved in development and progression cardiovascular disease (CVDs). Accumulating evidence has described effect resveratrol, a natural polyphenolic compound, on biomarkers among patients with CVDs; however, findings are controversial. Here we performed systematic review meta-analysis randomized controlled trials to evaluate resveratrol supplements TNF-α, IL-6, CRP levels CVDs patients. Online research was conducted following database: MEDLINE, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, Web Science databases, Scopus. This were investigate effects inflammatory CVDs. The using Comprehensive Meta-Analysis (CMA) V3 software. Six RCTs met inclusion criteria selected for current meta-analysis. Our results demonstrated that significantly decreases serum (MD = −0.63, 95 % CI: −0.1.13, −0.12; p 0.01), TNF-α −0.55, −1.04, −0.06; 0.02), had not significant concentration IL-6 −0.12, −0.52, 0.27; 0.53), suggest can be used as potential treatment CVD by reducing conditions.
