The skin is crucial for homeostasis and body defense, requiring quick healing to maintain internal balance. Initially used bone repair, calcium hydroxyapatite (HAp) now being studied soft tissue engineering. This literature review investigated HAp’s role in repair through searches on PubMed, Scopus (Elsevier), Science Direct, Springer Link, Google Scholar databases without time restrictions, using keywords “hydroxyapatite AND wound” repair”. Inclusion criteria encompassed vivo studies humans animals, English publications, full access, sufficient data repair. Exclusions included duplicates, unrelated articles, editor letters, reviews, comments, conference abstracts, dissertations, theses. Out of the 472 articles initially identified, 139 met inclusion criteria, with 21 focusing HAp Findings indicate that nano-HAp regeneration are promising, especially when combined other biomaterials, offering antimicrobial anti-inflammatory benefits stimulating angiogenesis. suggests their potential application dermatology, surgery, dentistry, extending versatility from hard tissues enhancing critical properties accelerating healing.

ABSTRACT The concept of aging has evolved from being primarily attributed to genetic factors recognizing the critical role epigenetic mechanisms. Recent advancements, such as clocks, have provided tools assess biological age and offer insights into processes at molecular level. In aesthetic dermatology, understanding these allows for more personalized, effective interventions targeting root causes skin aging. This review explores interplay changes, aging, potential personalized care enhance longevity rejuvenation. is based on an extensive literature search conducted across PubMed other scientific databases. Studies focused mechanisms DNA methylation, histone modifications, their relationship Particular attention was given recent advancements in including Horvath's Clock GrimAge, implications dermatological treatments. Epigenetic Clock, demonstrated utility assessing through methylation markers, revealing actionable processes. Energy‐based devices like fractional lasers radiofrequency shown promise reversing age‐related promoting collagen synthesis, reducing age. Additionally, lifestyle diet, sleep, circadian rhythm alignment significantly influence health. Integrating dermatology represents a paradigm shift rejuvenation, allowing treatments that address visible signs underlying Using clocks provides framework tailoring individual patient needs, optimizing outcomes, extending results. Future research should focus longitudinal studies, accessibility, ethical considerations fully harness epigenetics health overall well‐being.

The human skin is a crucial organ that protects the organism from outer environment. Skin integrity and health depend on both extrinsic intrinsic factors. Intrinsic factors such as aging genetic background contribute to weakened disease susceptibility. Meanwhile, including UV radiation, pollution, smoking, humidity, poor diet also affect disease. On other hand, healthy dietary patterns plant-based diets have gained popularity complementary therapy for health. A defined all based plant foods, an abundance of vegetables, fruits, beans, lentils, legumes, nuts, seeds, fungi, whole grains, with limited or no animal products processed foods. However, some authors exclude limit foods in definition. Recent research has shown these beneficial effects inflammatory diseases. This review explored diseases functional skin. In conclusion, may through gut microbiome.
