Background:
According
to
existing
laboratory
data,
ginsenoside
Rg1
may
help
cure
diabetes
and
its
complications
by
reducing
oxidative
stress
(OS)
managing
inflammation.
However,
this
conclusion
lacks
reliability

unclear.

a
result,
the
purpose
of
systematic
review
meta-analysis
was
evaluate
antioxidant
anti-inflammatory
effects
in
treatment
complications.
