The widespread and pervasive use of artificial light at night (ALAN) in our modern 24-hour society has emerged as a substantial disruptor natural circadian rhythms, potentially leading to rise unhealthy lifestyle-related behaviors (e.g., poor sleep; shift work). This phenomenon been associated with an increased risk type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), which is pressing global public health concern. However, date, reviews summarizing associations between ALAN T2DM have primarily focused on the limited characteristics exposure intensity) ALAN. literature review extends beyond prior by consolidating recent studies from 2000 2024 regarding both indoor outdoor incidence or prevalence T2DM. We also described potential biological mechanisms through modulates glucose metabolism. Furthermore, we outlined knowledge gaps investigated how various only intensity (including type, timing, duration, wavelength, individual sensitivity) influence risk. Recognizing detrimental impact sleep behavioral correlates physical activity dietary patterns, additionally summarized investigating mediating role each component relationship Lastly, proposed implications chronotherapies chrononutrition for management context exposure.

Abstract Chrononutrition is a nutritional regimen that follows our biological clock, marked by the changes in metabolism occur during day. This includes distribution of energy, regularity and frequency meals, importance these factors for metabolic health. A growing body animal human evidence indicates timing food intake throughout day can have significant beneficial impact on health well‐being individuals. In particular, both meals been associated with obesity, type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), cardiovascular disease, other chronic conditions. Today's busy lifestyle makes many people skip breakfast eat late at night. Eating night has shown to cause circadian misalignment, latter having negative weight control glucose metabolism. Additionally, some studies found relatively strong association between skipping insulin resistance, T2DM. Against backdrop escalating obesity T2DM rates, coupled recognized influence disease evolution control, this review aimed synthesize insights from epidemiological intervention interplay macronutrient consumption, reporting their

Circadian rhythms integrate a finely tuned network of biological processes recurring every 24 h, intricately coordinating the machinery all cells. This self-regulating system plays pivotal role in synchronizing physiological and behavioral responses, ensuring an adaptive metabolism within environmental milieu, including dietary physical activity habits. The systemic integration circadian homeostasis involves balance rhythms, each synchronically linked to central clock. Central this orchestration is temporal dimension nutrient food intake, aspect closely interwoven with neuroendocrine circuit, gut physiology, resident microbiota. Abstract Meniere's disease (MD) is an inner ear characterized by endolymphatic hydrops (EH). Maintaining a regular daily routine crucial for MD patients. However, the relationship between circadian rhythms and remains unclear. Therefore, we investigated effect of rhythm on its underlying mechanisms. Mice with were subjected to chronic jet lag (CJL) conditions simulate patients under disruptions. We assessed whether this disruption would exacerbate damage hydrops. RNA‐seq bioinformatic analysis performed. Then, expression PER2, AQP2, AQP4, AQP5, BDNF assessed, morphological changes evaluated in ear. Our findings showed affected cochlear internal clock genes ear, particularly mice EH. EH CJL exhibited exacerbated hearing impairment increased severity GO enrichment revealed that regulation fluid homeostasis neurotransmitter release at synapses significantly enriched. Disruption disturbed pattern reduced levels, aquaporins cochlea. Moreover, compromised hair cell auditory nerve fibers. Personalized Nutrition (PN) represents an approach aimed at delivering tailored dietary recommendations, products or services to support both prevention and treatment of nutrition-related conditions improve individual health using genetic, phenotypic, medical, nutritional, other pertinent information. However, current approaches have yielded limited scientific success in improving diets mitigating diet-related conditions. In addition, PN currently caters a specific subgroup the population rather than having widespread impact on diet level. Addressing these challenges requires integrating traditional biomedical assessment methods with psycho-behavioral, novel digital diagnostic for comprehensive data collection, which holds considerable promise alleviating present shortcomings. This not only allows deriving personalized goals ("what should be achieved") but also customizing behavioral change processes ("how bring about change"). We herein outline discuss concept "Adaptive Advice Systems" (APNASs), blends from three domains: 1) biomedical/health phenotyping; 2) stable dynamic signatures; 3) food environment data. behavior are envisaged no longer based solely static will adapt dynamically in-time in-situ individual-specific To successfully integrate biomedical, environmental guidance, advanced tools (e.g., sensors) artificial intelligence (AI)-based essential. conclusion, integration established paradigms great potential transitioning its focus elite nutrition widely accessible tool that delivers meaningful benefits general population.
