ABSTRACT Fibroids are the most common benign tumors of female reproductive system. Most patients with fibroids asymptomatic, but presence can still cause some abnormal clinical symptoms, such as increased menstrual volume, uterine bleeding, pelvic pain, urinary tract and gastrointestinal compression etc. The impact on pregnancy is worth discussing. At present, it believed that submucosal myoma intramural affecting cavity shape affect outcome patients, while type III controversial. A number studies have found in addition to direct contact endometrial compression, also affects flexibility through other ways. In this review, we summarized effects receptivity discussed depth mechanisms effects, including secretion cytokines, changes blood flow angiogenesis, peristalsis mechanical stress conduction, microecological environment, signal transduction pathways. Understanding mechanism affected by significant for exploring treatment fibroids, improving increasing rate.

Abstract The human endometrium is a dynamic entity that plays pivotal role in mediating the complex interplay between mother and developing embryo. Endometrial disruption can lead to pregnancy loss, impacting both maternal physical psychological health. Recent research suggests endometrial microbiota may play this, although exact mechanisms are still being explored, aided by recent technological advancements our growing understanding of host immune responses. Suboptimal or dysbiotic vaginal microbiota, characterized increased microbial diversity reduced Lactobacillus dominance, has been associated with various adverse reproductive events, including miscarriage. However, linking lower tract loss remain unclear. observational studies implicate potential continuum niche patients loss; however, transcervical sampling low biomass highly prone cross-contamination, which often not controlled for. In this review, we explore emerging evidence supporting theory modulate key inflammatory pathways required for successful embryo implantation development. We also highlight greater its relationship local microenvironment, interventions focus future research.

Diet has a key role in the reproductive axis both males and females. This review aims to analyze impacts of different dietary patterns on fertility. It appears that Mediterranean diet predominantly protective against infertility, while Western seems be risk factor for infertility. Moreover, we focus attention also countries World (Middle Eastern diet, Asian diet). In particular, when analyzing single nutrients, rich saturated fatty acids, cholesterol, animal proteins, carbohydrates with high glycemic index is highly associated male female Finally, evaluate effects vegetarian, vegan, ketogenic diets fertility, which seem still unclear. We believe comprehension molecular mechanisms involved infertility will lead more effective targeted treatments infertile couples.

The window of implantation (WOI) is a critical phase the menstrual cycle during which endometrial lining becomes receptive and facilitates embryo implantation. Drawing on findings from various branches “omics”, including genomics, epigenomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, lipidomics, metabolomics, microbiomics, this narrative review aims to (1) discuss mechanistic insights receptivity its implication in infertility; (2) highlight advances investigations for receptivity; (3) novel diagnostic therapeutic strategies that may improve reproductive outcomes.

Chronic endometritis (CE) is a persistent inflammatory condition of the endometrium characterized by abnormal infiltration plasma cells into endometrial stroma. Frequently associated with repeated implantation failure, recurrent pregnancy loss, and infertility, CE significantly impacts women's health, contributing to conditions such as uterine bleeding endometriosis. Treatment typically involves antibiotic therapy; however, efficacy these treatments increasingly compromised rise antimicrobial resistance (AMR). This paper examines critical links between AMR CE, proposing strategies enhance clinical management optimize treatment outcomes.

A healthy vaginal microbiome (VMB) is dominated by Lactobacillus spp. and provides the first line of defense against invading pathogens. Vaginal dysbiosis, characterized loss dominance increase microbial diversity, has been linked to an increased risk adverse genital tract diseases, including bacterial vaginosis, aerobic vaginitis, vulvovaginal candidiasis, sexually transmitted infections, pregnancy complications such as preterm birth. Currently, antibiotics antifungals are recommended first-line treatments with high cure rates, but they also can lead recurrence resistance development. As alternative, lactobacilli have utilized restore microbiota. In this review article, we discuss dysbiosis in various gynecological infections potential interventions based on Live Biotherapeutic Products (LBPs) a focus those that use intravaginal treatment modalities modulate VMB. Based these, provide insights key factors consider designing phenotypic genotypic screens for selecting strains vaginally administered microbiome-directed therapeutics. Lastly, highlight current progress within field, overview LBPs currently being developed published clinical trial completion recurrent BV, VVC, UTI.
