Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (ω-3 PUFAs) offer diverse health benefits, such as supporting cardiovascular health, improving cognitive function, promoting joint and musculoskeletal contributing to healthy aging. Despite their advantages, challenges like oxidation susceptibility, low bioavailability, potential adverse effects at high doses persist. Nanoparticle encapsulation emerges a promising avenue address these limitations while preserving stability, enhanced controlled release. This comprehensive review explores the therapeutic roles of omega-3 acids, critically appraising shortcomings delving into modern strategies. Furthermore, it advantages metal-organic framework nanoparticles (MOF NPs) compared other commonly utilized in effectiveness within drug delivery systems (DDSs). Additionally, outlines future research directions fully exploit benefits encapsulated formulations for disease treatment.

microRNAs have emerged as essential regulators of health and disease, attracting significant attention from researchers across diverse disciplines. Following their identification noncoding oligonucleotides intricately involved in post-transcriptional regulation protein expression, extensive efforts were devoted to elucidating validating roles fundamental metabolic pathways multiple pathologies. Viral infections are modifiers the host microRNAome. Specifically, Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), which affects approximately 39 million people worldwide has no definitive cure, was reported induce changes cell miRNA profiles. Identifying understanding effects aberrant microRNAome holds potential for early detection therapeutic designs. This review presents a comprehensive overview impact HIV on We aim cause-and-effect relationship between HIV-induced that underscores miRNA’s acknowledge its limitations.

Chronic mountain sickness (CMS) poses a significant health risk to individuals who rapidly ascend high altitudes, potentially endangering their lives. Nanoparticles (NPs) offer an effective means of transporting and delivering drugs, protecting nucleic acids from nuclease degradation, mediating the expression target genes in specific cells. These NPs are almost non-toxic easy prepare store, possess large surface area, exhibit good biocompatibility degradability, maintain stability. They can be utilized treatment CMS enhance therapeutic efficacy drugs. This paper provides overview impact on CMS, discussing roles as nanocarriers potential treatment. It aims present novel strategies for clinical management summarizes relevant pathways through which contribute plateau disease treatment, providing theoretical foundation future research.
