Yolkin, an egg yolk immunoregulatory protein, stimulates the humoral but inhibits cellular immune response in adult mice. The aim of this investigation was to evaluate effects yolkin administration on using a model juvenile, i.e., 28-day- and 37-day-old, We examined influence magnitude response, which determined as contact sensitivity (CS) oxazolone (OXA), antibody ovalbumin (OVA). Yolkin administered drinking water, followed by immunization with OXA or OVA. In parallel, phenotypic changes lymphoid organs were following treatment prior immunization. results showed that had stimulatory effect CS mice treated from 37th day life not 28th life. contrast, no regulatory production found 37-day-old Phenotypic studies revealed significant content B cells T cell subpopulations, including CD4+CD25+Foxp3 cells. association between main T- B-cell compartments, well importance T-regulatory CD8+ age categories, are discussed. conclude generation dependent change stimulation juvenile suppression

Nutraceuticals can reduce the risk of many diseases, such as cardiovascular disease, immune deficiencies, neurodegeneration, and others. Their delivery remains a challenge because it depends on factors, most notably stability bioactive compounds. Yolkin is peptide complex isolated from hen egg yolk with immunomodulatory neuroprotective potential. However, yolkin relatively poorly characterized. We aimed to determine origin glycosylation level yolkin, its storage conditions, thermal stability, aggregation ability assess antioxidant, antihypertensive, antidiabetic The composition was shown be homologous that vitellogenin II I. These results indicate in lyophilized form, preferably at 4 °C, nonaggregation, activities. As result, considered have significant therapeutic potential represents valuable tool for development novel nutraceuticals.
