As

oxide
nanoparticles
(nCeO2)
continue
to
infiltrate
aquatic
environments,
the
resulting
health
risks
exposed
organisms
are
becoming
evident.
Cytochrome
P450
(CYP)
enzymes
integral
detoxification
processes
in
these
species.
Herein,
we
conducted
a
genomic
analysis
of
CYPs
Daphnia
magna,
encompassing
phylogenetic
relationships,
gene
structure,
and
chromosomal
localization.
We
identified
twenty-six
D.
categorizing
them
into
four
clans
seven
families,
distributed
across
six
chromosomes
one
unanchored
scaffold.
The
encoded
CYP
proteins
varied
length
from
99
585
amino
acids,
with
molecular
weights
ranging
11.6
kDa
66.4
kDa.
A
quantitative
real-time
PCR
demonstrated
significant
upregulation
CYP4C1.4,
CYP4C1.5,
CYP4C1.6,
CYP4c3.3,
CYP4c3.6
magna
150
mg/L
nCeO2
for
24
h.
transcript
levels
CYP4C1.3,
CYP18a1,
CYP4C1.1,
CYP4c3.9
were
notably
downregulated

further
transcriptomic
differential
expression
patterns
eight
genes,
including
response
exposure.

expressed
in
hepatopancreas,
followed
by
ovary
gill,
weakly
heart
muscle
tissue,
barely
eyestalk
cranial
ganglion.

stable
during
larval
period,
which
it
mainly
played
critical
role
gonadal
differentiation.
Expression
positively
correlated
hepatopancreas
negatively
with
ovarian
development.
In
situ
hybridization
(ISH)
signal
oocyte,
nucleus,

intensity
strongest
at

O-IV.
The
knockdown
resulted
significantly
lower
gonadosomatic
index
percentage
ovaries

O-III
compared
control
group.
However,
no
differences
were
found
