Foeniculum vulgare Mill, commonly known as fennel, is an aromatic herb traditionally used for culinary and medicinal purposes, with potential therapeutic effects on neurological disorders. However, limited research has focused its neurotrophic impact, particularly neuronal maturation synaptic development. This study investigates the of F. ethanol extracts (FVSE) rat primary hippocampal neurons. Results show that FVSE prominent component, anethole, significantly promote neurite outgrowth in a dose-dependent manner. Optimal axonal dendritic growth occurred at concentrations 40 µg/mL 20 µM respectively, without causing cytotoxicity, underscoring safety health. Objective: This case series aims to evaluate the efficacy, patient satisfaction, and safety of combined needle radiofrequency (RF) topical exosome therapy for moderate severe acne. Methods: study involved 22 patients (12 females 10 males, ages 18–35) with acne who underwent RF (Xomage, Zishel Bio Inc., Seoul, Republic Korea) treatments. Each completed between 6 sessions, conducted weekly over three-week intervals. Acne severity was assessed using Investigator’s Global Assessment (IGA) scale, while satisfaction measured on a 5-point Likert scale. Clinical photographs were taken at baseline after final treatment session. Results: All showed improvement in mean decrease IGA score 2.5 points from assessment. Parkinson's disease (PD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder primarily characterized by the loss of dopaminergic neurons in substantia nigra. Mitochondrial dysfunction, oxidative stress, and neuroinflammation are recognized as critical pathological mechanisms driving neurodegeneration PD. Exosome (Exo)-based therapies, particularly those derived from human neural stem cells (hNSCs), offer promising neuroprotective effects due to their ability transfer bioactive molecules that modulate cellular processes. Resveratrol (RES), polyphenolic compound with potent antioxidant anti-inflammatory properties, has been shown enhance therapeutic potential cell (SC)-derived Exos. This study investigated RES-treated hNSCs-derived Exos (RES-hNSCs-Exos) on SH-SY5Y exposed 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium (MPP+), neurotoxin commonly used model Parkinsonian neurotoxicity. Adipose tissue is responsible for fat storage and an important producer of extracellular vesicles (EVs). The biological content exosomes, one kind EV, provides information on aspects such as immunometabolic alterations. This study aimed to compare three plasma exosome isolation methods—using a commercial kit (CK), size exclusion chromatography (SEC), differential centrifugation (DC)—and select the best one. Individuals categorized by normal high body percentages were used. DC CK proven be most advantageous out methods, so we suggest these methods further protein molecular analyses, respectively. Still, emphasize importance selecting appropriate methodology depending specific research objectives.
