Cannabinoid compounds have potential as treatments for a variety of conditions, with cannabigerol (CBG) being known its anti-inflammatory properties. In this study, we investigated the effects CBG in cellular model 1-chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene (DNCB)-induced atopic dermatitis (AD). model, confirmed cytotoxicity and downregulated expression inflammatory markers CCL26, IL1B, IL6, TNF (p < 0.001). mouse clinical, histological, immunological changes were analyzed. The results showed that improved severity score, epidermal thickness, mast cell count reduced cytokines (Tslp, Il1b, Il4, Il6, Il13, Il17, Il18, Il22, Il33) by qRT-PCR Western blot modulated JAK1, JAK2, TYK2, STAT1, STAT2, STAT3, p-STAT3, STAT6, p-STAT6 0.05). Subsequently, p-IκBα, NF-κB, p-NF-κB signaling factors also 0.05), corresponding skin barrier factors. study indicate effectively alleviates AD-like symptoms suggest therapeutic agent.

This review provides an overview of cannabis-based phytocannabinoids, focusing on their mechanisms action, therapeutic applications, and production processes, along with the environmental factors that affect quality efficacy. Phytocannabinoids such as THC (∆9-tetrahydrocannabinol), CBD (cannabidiol), CBG (cannabigerol), CBN (cannabinol), CBC (cannabichromene) exhibit significant potential in treating various physical mental health conditions, including chronic pain, epilepsy, neurodegenerative diseases, skin disorders, anxiety. The cultivation cannabis plays a crucial role determining cannabinoid profiles, indoor offering more control consistency than outdoor methods. Environmental light, water, temperature, humidity, nutrient management, CO2, drying method used are key to optimizing content inflorescences. outlines need for broader data transfer between industry technological production, especially terms what concentration ratios effective treatment. Such would provide cultivators information parameters should be manipulated obtain required final product.

Cannabinoids represent a highly researched group of plant-derived ingredients. The substantial investment funds from state and commercial sources has facilitated significant increase in knowledge about these can be classified into three principal categories: phytocannabinoids, synthetic cannabinoids endogenous cannabinoids, along with the enzymes responsible for their synthesis degradation. All compounds interact biologically type 1 (CB1) and/or 2 (CB2) cannabinoid receptors. A body evidence vitro vivo studies demonstrated that inhibitors endocannabinoid degradation possess anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antitumour antifibrotic properties beneficial effects. This review, which spans period 1940 to 2024, offers an overview potential therapeutic applications natural cannabinoids. development substances is essential global market do-it-yourself drugs fully exploit promising
