The honey bee (Apis mellifera L.), the main pollinator of entomophilous plants, is one most important insects natural ecosystems and a producer such products as honey, perga, royal jelly, wax, propolis etc. efficiency beekeeping limited by many factors, which survival colonies in critical periods development, especially conditions widespread use artificial feed. Diets that do not meet vital needs bees full nutrition negatively affect their health. aim study was to evaluate level lipid peroxidation (LPO), marker development stress, foraging Apis carnica, consumed different carbohydrate diets laboratory for 14 hours. Bees were selected from outermost combs July, 40-50 individuals into feeder boxes, transported kept hours at 25°С thermostat on following diets: Group I – 30% sucrose solution; II sugar III 60% IV V glucose VI fructose VII solution + (1:1); VIII 15% IX 32% solution. control group frozen with liquid nitrogen, apiary, experimental groups - after end experiment; stored minus 70 °C until biochemical studies. LPO determined separate tags (head, thorax, abdomen) according Placer's method modifications. It found transfer transportation keeping small cluster forager significant stress factor them, evidenced increase tissues insects' heads. lowest observed head abdomen boxes fourteen diet compared (30%), (30 % 60%) diets, mixture monosugars (15% 30%) honey.
