The
plant
pathogenic
fungus
Botrytis
cinerea
causes
significant
losses
in
agricultural
production
and
it
is
rather
difficult
to
control
due
its
broad
host
range
environmental
persistence.
management

mold
disease

on

use
chemicals,
which
could
have
harmful
effects
not
only
impacts
environment
human
health,
but
also
because
they
favor
development
fungicide-resistant
strains.

as

versatile,
sustainable,

environmentally

RNA
sequencing
at
various
stages

most
spliceosome
genes
had
upregulated
expression
levels,
indicating
that

altered

total
3308
underwent
cinerea,
resulting
7466
events,
which
were
stage-specific.
Transcripts

typically
exhibit
lower
coding
potential,
functional
domains,
are
more
prevalent
during
hyphal
phase
compared
to
infestation

research
offers
an
extensive
analysis

Introduction
The
basic
helix-loop-helix
(bHLH)
proteins
are
a
large
family
of
transcription
factors
that
essential
to
physiology,
metabolism,
and
development.
However,
the
available
information
is
limited
about
bHLH
gene
in
Chimonobambusa
utilis
,
which
widely
cultivated
China
because
its
high-quality
economic
value.

cultivars
exhibit
five
natural
color
variations
their
shoot
sheaths,
but
molecular
mechanism
behind
this
diversity
remains
unclear.
Methods

novo
assembly
was
employed

roles

genes

genetic
improvement
bamboo
species.

suggest
these
findings
will
contribute
both
scientific
commercial
cultivation
through
editing
technology

described
this
