Luteolin is a kind of natural flavonoid, widely existing in variety plants, has been revealed to have wide range biological activities. In recent years, the research results luteolin are abundant. Here we review latest order provide new ideas for further and development luteolin. this paper, focus search was published between 2010 2024 on extraction determination luteolin, activities, application products. A comprehensive using keyword "luteolin" conducted PubMed, Web Science WIPO databases. Through collection related literature, paper summarized techniques including immersion extraction, solvent ultrasonic-assisted supercritical fluid so on. The methods include: thin layer chromatography (TLC), high performance liquid (HPLC), capillary electrophoresis (CE), electrochemical method (ED) addition, activities antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, antibacterial, analgesic on, were described. And as main component product being gradually developed, used field food, medicine cosmetics. This provides reference study

This study assessed the impact of silica exposure on 145 mine workers in Mianwali, Punjab, Pakistan, compared to 45 non-exposed individuals. Pulmonary function tests revealed significantly reduced lung exposed (P < 0.05), with declines Forced Expiratory Volume one second (FEV1), Vital Capacity (FVC), FEV1/FVC ratio, Peak Flow, and Flow at 25-75% FVC (FEF25-75). Radiological evaluations confirmed extensive damage including pleural effusion, reticular shadowing, consolidation. Oxidative stress markers demonstrated increased lipid peroxidation, Fenton's Stress, Stress Index along antioxidant enzyme activities, Catalase, Superoxide Dismutase, Total Antioxidant Capacity, Glutathione Peroxidase. Hematological analysis showed elevated White Blood Cells, Lymphocyte percentage, Hemoglobin, Hematocrit, Mean Corpuscular Volume, Hemoglobin reflecting systemic inflammation. Silica's piezoelectric properties contributed oxidative cellular damage, exacerbating pulmonary dysfunction. These findings highlight as a severe occupational hazard, causing irreversible impairment imbalance. Implementing strict safety protocols, personal protective measures, regular health monitoring is crucial safeguarding workers.

Abstract In order to improve the quality of micro-environment architectural complex and ensure that residents enjoy a healthy comfortable living experience, this paper uses Fluent simulation software simulate wind environment under three common layouts diffusion status PM2.5. On basis, green trees are added around pollution sources compare analyze adsorption blocking effect on particulate matter. The results showed after addition trees, community was optimized, concentration PM2.5 also decreased significantly. These provide reference for improving air building complex.
