Breast cancer is the most common in women worldwide. Many breast cancers originate from cells lining milk duct and some become invasive. lacking estrogen, progesterone receptors (ER-, PR-) epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2-) amplification, termed "Triple negative" (TNBC) reported to frequently affect Black younger women. TNBC an invasive ductal carcinoma with limited treatment options. To this end, we opted investigate drugs that could be repurposed because they offer advantages bringing effective treatments faster clinic. We chose study effect of drug, dapivirine, a non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NNRTI) HIV it detected lactating when treated for drug potentially target cancer. Selenium (Se) is an essential trace element crucial for human health that primarily functions as immunonutrient. It incorporated into polypeptides such selenocysteine (SeC) and selenomethionine (SeMet), two key amino acids involved in various biochemical processes. All living organisms can convert inorganic Se biologically active organic forms, with SeMet being the predominant form a precursor SeC production humans animals. The genome encodes 25 selenoprotein genes, which incorporate low-molecular-weight compounds of SeC. Organic Se, especially selenoproteins, more efficiently absorbed than driving demand selenoprotein-based products, functional foods. Limitations of conventional therapy include suboptimal targeting, multidrug resistance, systemic toxicity. A major challenge current oncology therapies is the development new delivery methods for antineoplastic drugs that act directly on target. One approach involves complexation antitumor with cyclodextrins (CDs) chitosan (CS) as an attempt counteract their primary limitations: low water solubility bioavailability, diminished vitro vivo stability, dose-dependent All those drawbacks may potentially exclude some candidates from clinical trials, thus integration into smart systems or drug-targeting technologies must be implemented.
