With the development of brain science research, artificial intelligence technologies such as brain-computer interface (BCI) have begun to be applied in medical field. People with advanced amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) lose voluntary control, including ability communicate. For ALS patients, BCI research focuses on communication. technology can used a communication tool. It records and extracts features signals translates these into commands that replaced, restored, enhanced, supplemented, or improved by central nervous system. Some BCIs been shown potential spillover for patients. However, there are still some challenges need addressed before clinically useful.

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is the most common neurodegenerative disease affecting motor neurons. Currently, ALS conceived as result of interaction between genetics, environmental factors, and aging. This study analyzed spatial temporal patterns in Spain, delving into potential relationships altitude, land cover, this disease.
