Abstract
The
proliferation
of
generative
artificial
intelligence
(GenAI)
has
disrupted
academic
institutions
across
the
world,
presenting
transformative
challenges
for
decision
makers,
and
leading
to
questions
around
existing
methods

within
higher
education
(HE).
